The Solar Village Company is a community-focused development company.  We build Net-Zero Energy rental dwellings that are sustainable for their residents and sustainable for the communities we work-in.

Sustainability is more than just an energy rating, although we were ranked the 10th most energy efficient builder in the United States.  All patting on the back aside, we care about the quality of life our our residents as much as the quality of life of our employees.  This is why we build Village Commons in our developments and why we build our buildings in a climate controlled factory using union workers.
