Solar-Powered Net Zero Community

Proposed solar housing development on  24 acres at Warren Rd in the Village of Lansing.  The plan, conditional on town approval and local community feedback, is to cluster these solar powered homes on 10 acres, preserving 14 acres to wild lands and community food gardens.  Homes are built with union labor in our factory in Geneva, NY. Ranging from 850sqft to 1500sqft these homes regularly send more energy back into the grid than is used.

Village of Lansing near Route 13 and Warren Rd

The 24 acre site is located at the intersection of Northwood Rd and Warren Rd, just north of Route 13.  A walking trail connects Northwood to Graham Rd and the Village center, including groceries (TOPS), shopping, movie theatre, larger department stores (Target, Best Buy) and numerous smaller shops.    Also within walking/biking distance is the Post Office, medical care facilities and large employment centers.
